STEP 1:Download the Stall & Vendor Package. Click on the links below;
STEP 2: Fill in the following forms:

Application-Form-for-a-R638-certificate (FOR ONLY FOOD VENDORS)
*Please note the following regarding the Application Form for an R638 Certificate:
- Complete Parts A, B, C, D, E, F, and I of the form.
- If you do not have an ERF number, you may leave it blank. However, if your business has a physical premises and you have the ERF number, please provide it.
- The Food Premises section on the application should be filled in as:102 Disotus Ave, Karenpark, 0118.
STEP 3: Send the completed forms to stallmanagermellosmarket@yahoo.com.
STEP 4: If approved, you will receive Stall & Vendor contract to sign and secure your spot through payment.
*Please note the application approval process may take 3-7 working days.
